FlowSequences Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlowSequences, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Purpose & Use of the App

FlowSequences is a local-first Android automation utility allowing users to configure deterministic event-driven sequences (WHEN → AND → THEN), NFC actions, and emergency call overrides. You are solely responsible for the routines you create, configure, and execute on your personal device.

3. System Permissions & Automation Safety

Certain features require specialized Android system permissions (e.g. Do Not Disturb access, notification listening, contact lookup, and modifying system settings). Please review each automation before activating it. You agree not to configure sequences that cause unsafe device operation or interfere with emergency services.

4. Availability & Device Variations

Automation triggers depend on Android OS version, OEM manufacturer battery optimizations (such as ColorOS, OneUI, MIUI, OxygenOS background restrictions), and user-granted permissions. While FlowSequences is engineered for high reliability, execution timing may vary based on manufacturer-specific background task limits.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowSequences is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While designed for critical utility (such as emergency ring breakthrough), the app should not be solely relied upon as an exclusive life-safety or mission-critical dispatch system.
